These topics are a collection of the lessons and experiences that my teachers have taught me or helped me to uncover for myself over the past decade. I am excited that I can share this journey with you in such a condensed and easy to access way. I know I wish I had this as a resource while looking to establish myself in high-performance sport.
The reason I am so passionate about the Meta Athlete Coaching Program is because I used to feel "not good enough". I struggled to feel genuinely confident and found it hard to express myself on the sporting field and in my role as coach. I wasn't able to access my skills and individual qualities under pressure and as a result, my performance and general satisfaction in life was sub par.
The Meta Athlete Coaching Program is a road map to support you in finding your own authentic performance, so you can feel confident, handle pressure and perform at your best in the sport you love.

No. All of the content presented in the course will be applicable to where you are on your journey. And I will be available via email and on the weekly online zoom call to answer any questions and provide further support.
Your access to the course is entirely online and flexible and can fit in with your current schedule, no matter where you are. Regarding actual time input, there is a weekly 1-hr live zoom call (Tues 7.30 pm AEDT) that will be recorded in video and audio versions for your convenience. You will also be encouraged to meditate or practice breath-work for a minimum of 10 minutes per day during the course for best results.
No. This course is designed to give you tools and techniques that are to act as a supportive framework to help elevate your belief in yourself, feel confident, handle pressure, so you can perform at your best in the sport you love. I am a coach, not a trained psychologist or mental health worker. If you feel you need professional help please do so before starting the Meta Athlete course.
One 6-week block of the course will give you a well-rounded set of mental-emotional performance tools and techniques to integrate into your sport. However, we are all at different stages of our journey and you may, at some future point, feel the need to do another course or sign up for some of my one-on-one coaching when you want to uncover more of your unique performance process.
You will have 24 weeks of total access to the course. This gives you a further 18 weeks after the course is finished to revisit or revise any content material.
No. The course will open up weekly content in conjunction with the topic of the live zoom calls over the 6-weeks. Week 1, Week 2 and so on.
No problem. You have a 1-week, 7-day window should you feel the course isn't for you and would like to exit. In that case, email [email protected] within the initial 1-week period and a refund for the next 5 weeks of the course will be transferred back to you.
Yes you can! However, your parent or guardian will have to sign off on your administrative documentation.
